If you wish to return or exchange an item, it will be accepted within 30 days of you receiving and must be unworn/unwashed with proof of purchase (Emailed receipt)

If the item sent to you is faulty/incorrect, we will issue a full refund or easy exchange (upon request) with shipping on us

Shipping and handling is free when you spend over $150 .

You will receive an email containing your order number once your order is placed.

Most items are sent out for delivery within 1 to 2 days.

international orders may experience longer wait times for delivery.

You may choose your shipping method: lightweight items have the option of using our branded poly mailers; all other bulky or large orders will be shipped in flat rate boxes.

All sizes and care instructions are stitched onto each garment. Some of our designs have other sizing lingo ex: T.1 = XS - S and T.2 = M - L this will be clarified in item description.

As a small fashion house we have limitations on what can be produced, but we hope to gain enough loyalty through our first few collections to be able to expand our size range in the future.

Almost all of our garments are made to be adjustable or stretch for those tricky in between sizes as well.

When your order is placed, we will gather your shipping information; therefor, the item will be immediately sent to your provided address once it becomes available and you will receive confirmation of shipping

You may only exchange your pre-ordered item after you receive it

All new launches of apparel will have a limited stock, but may be available for pre-order unless discontinued

You may pre-order certain items that are unavailable- this will charge you the item price and tax; shipping information will be required at that time. you will immediately be notified when your item has shipped

Our stock is updated on our website as accurately as possible (some returned items may not be updated automatically if it is still being processed)

We use 100% recyclable/reusable poly mailers (do not compost) feel free to drop them off at almost any grocery recycling drop off for plastic bags

Garment Fabrics are currently not 100% eco-friendly, but we are aiming to reach 100% organic/sustainable fabrics for the future

Garment hardware is made up of natural and recycled materials

Some materials may have a slight inconsistency due to its natural fibers, but do not affect the overall appearance or quality

When partnering with other artists we make sure all materials are eco-friendly and non-toxic

Gift cards can be purchased for yourself or others and are redeemable in person or online by entering the special code

During checkout you can choose who to send the gift card code to - if you have trouble receiving the code or are afraid you lost the code please email hello@moshimoshiworld.com

Purchases made with the gift card are only eligible for exchange and are subject to our 30-day policy
